The Restaurant

The starters are playfully designed to be shared and mutually enjoyed with your table, enabling you to sample different flavours, textures and combinations. The diverse menu offers a fusion of classic and modern dishes, which Anton describes as “The best of Europe, with a personal twist”.

Anton also warns us that we should expect to be “pleasantly surprised“ by his energetic team, who will be serving dishes ranging from local wild mushroom chipolatas, toad-in-the-hole, parmesan crusted fish finger- served with its own fish pie, and wild venison, from nearby Hatfield Heath.

For the ultimate dining experience there will be the opportunity for 10 people to dine in the kitchen with a glass viewing facility, at the uniquely designed “Chef’s Table”, enabling you to be right at the heart of the action, watching the master at work.

Open every lunch time from 12 noon - 3pm

(except Saturday lunchtime)

Open every dinner time from 6.30pm -10pm

(except Sunday evenings)
