Anton’s luxurious chef’s table (in collaboration with Laurent Perrier Champagne) is without question a most exceptional and thrilling dining experience. This stylishly decorated private dining room gives an intimate view of our buzzing kitchen and can accommodate up to 10 diners.
Exquisite personalized menus, an exclusive wine & champagne list both combined with the highest standard of service create a unique and unforgettable experience.
A direct consultation with our acclaimed executive chef Anton Edelmann helps you to create your own menu, taking into account your personal preferences.
The room charge for this unique dining experience is £180 for 5 diners and £360 for 6 to 10 diners and menus start at £50 per person.
The room charge is inclusive of a bottle of Laurent Perrier’s finest champagne “Premier Cru Grand Siecle” per 5 diners, valued at £180.

Each room, with its own unique style, has been designed to the highest standards to suit your celebration.
Oak Room
Our charming Oak Room is situated in the older part of the Manor House and overlooks part of our landscaped gardens and lily pond.
The beautiful feature fireplace, oak floor & wall paneling and leaded light windows give this room its unique character.
This delightful private function room can accommodate up to 40 people for a lunch or dinner or even up to 60 for a buffet celebration.
Room hire charge £350.
Gallery Room
The light and airy Gallery Room is situated in the new barn extension of Great Hallingbury Manor. With its contemporary style and display of beautiful art from local artists the room offers a superb atmosphere.
This stunning private function room can accommodate up to 20 people for a lunch or dinner or up to 40 for a buffet celebration.
Room hire charge £250.
Room @ The Top
This Management Hideaway situated in the brand new barn extension of Great Hallingbury Manor offers lost of natural daylight, air conditioning and all necessary equipment making it ideal for senior management meetings.
It can accommodate up to 18 people board room style or 40 people theatre style.

At Anton's we can offer two licensed locations for you to exchange your vows and function rooms that can hold up 150 people. Packages are tailor-made to suit your requirements.
