For an excuisite dining experience, try the uniquely designed "Chef's Table" -- a 10-person private table that allows you to watch the action in the kitchen as your food is prepared. It is a wonderful way to see the chefs at work, creating a culinary masterpiece for you to enjoy.
A direct consultation with our acclaimed executive chef, Anton Edelmann, helps you to create your own personalized menu.
The room charge is -- £180 for 5 diners -- £360 for 10 diners.
Individual menus start at £50 per person.
One bottle of Laurent Perrier’s “Premier Cru Grand Siecle” Champagne included per 5 diners. (£180 value).
Oak Room
Our charming Oak Room is situated in the older half of the Manor House and overlooks part of our landscaped gardens and lily pond. The beautiful feature fireplace, oak floor and leaded light windows give this room unique character. This management hideaway, situated in the new barn extension of Great Hallingbury Manor, offers lots of natural daylight, air conditioning and all necessary equipment -- making it ideal for senior management meetings.
